Our Vision

Warm & Welcoming

We know that Bramblewitch Farm will be a thriving haven….

A sanctuary where rescued animals find safety and care, whilst also warmly welcoming individuals facing emotional wellbeing challenges and offering them support too.

A place where everyone who steps onto the land feels the magic of nature and community.

We invite you to be part of bringing this vision fully to life. While the farm is unfolding right now, your support—whether through volunteering, donations, or just spreading the word—helps shape this beautiful reality we are stepping into.

Non-Profit
Wellbeing Sanctuary

Bramblewitch Farm will be a non-profit wellbeing sanctuary on the Devon–Cornwall border, ideally comprising of woodland, meadows, an orchard, outbuildings, a large barn, and a farmhouse.

Offering a place of peace, purpose, and healing for people navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, PTSD, depression, and loneliness.

Bramblewitch Farm plans to host therapy, meditation, sound healing & wellbeing classes, as well as providing opportunities to take part in gardening, crafts & baking, or simply enjoy tranquil outdoor spaces designed for rest and reflection.

We are thrilled to already be working with award-winning Coda Falconry on plans to establish a partnering bird of prey sanctuary, offering education and wellbeing sessions with raptors for our visitors and residents.

Initially, we will also be taking in a small number of rescued animals, expanding carefully and sustainably, as the farm develops.

The presence of these animals, and opportunities to support their care, will form part of a wider therapeutic approach, offering meaningful, nature-based experiences that can support the mental and emotional health of our daily & onsite residential guests.

We will also operate a farm shop & small cafe, selling produce from the farm, as well as goods sourced from local enterprises, creating opportunities & connections with the surrounding community.

An independent crystal gift shop will also form part of the farm setting, creating a complementary attraction to the farm whilst helping to generate ongoing income to support Bramblewitch Farm’s work.

Looking ahead, we plan to expand its wildlife rescue and rehabilitation work by supporting regional rescue charities, including collaboration with Secret World Wildlife Rescue, with whom our founder has attended basic training & conferences, continuing an important and much-needed commitment to the well-being of our countryside.

Bramblewitch Farm will also actively support nature and biodiversity through the creation of wildflower meadows, orchards (encouraging its native solitary bees), the development of natural dead hedges, no-dig farming and other wildlife-friendly practices.

Alongside this, we plan to grow organic fruit and vegetables, with a proportion of produce shared with local food banks to support the wider community.

The sanctuary would also like to extend its compassion to struggling local farmers, offering mental health support & peer sessions.
