The Farm
What we would love
We are seeking a farm in Devon or north Cornwall that could become the future home of Bramblewitch Farm. Ideally comprising of a farmhouse & land of at least 100acres, preferably more, including a mix of meadows, woodland, orchard, barn & extra outbuildings... although, we are open to any opportunity, if there is an option to acquire more land.
If you know of a place that may be suitable, we would love to hear from you. We are open to a range of possibilities, including purchase, a charitable or legacy handover, or renting with a view to buying.

Tranquil Spaces
Peaceful seating areas will be woven throughout the farm orchard, woodland & gardens, offering space to pause, reflect & reconnect. Quiet corners and a sensory garden of scented, textured planting will create a gentle sanctuary for calm & mindful presence in nature.

Farmhouse Kitchen
At the heart of the farmhouse, our licensed kitchen will be a warm space for gathering, sharing stories and simple creativity. Baking and craft days will bring older community members & guests together to make preserves, pot honey and create small-batch produce — nurturing connection, purpose & the spirit of the farm.

Barn
We will create a welcoming space in the barn at the heart of the farm — a warm, adaptable area for fundraising events, craft fairs and community gatherings. From relaxed music afternoons & film nights to inclusive seasonal celebrations, it will be a place where people come together, feel supported and share something meaningful.

Falconry
Bramblewitch Farm aims to create a bird of prey sanctuary in partnership with Coda Falconry, building on their outstanding welfare, education & therapeutic work alongside Butterfly Effect Wellbeing & residents. Together, we hope to combine exceptional care with guided sessions that foster calm, confidence & meaningful connection with these remarkable birds.

Farm Shop + Cafe
The farm will feature a licensed farm shop & small café, showcasing seasonal produce from local growers and makers alongside our own bakes, honey & preserves. Handcrafted local & Bramblewitch gifts will reflect the spirit of the land, while the adjoining café will offer a relaxed space to pause, refresh & enjoy simple food & drink together.

Fruit + Veg Gardens
Our gardens will be grown using organic, biodiverse methods with guidance from Linda Phillips MBE of Roots & Shoots. Seasonal produce will support soil health, pollinators and wildlife, with a portion donated to local food banks and the rest shared through our farm shop — nurturing both community & the land.

Orchard with Apiaries
We plan to establish a traditional orchard providing seasonal fruit for the farm shop & local food banks, while creating vital habitat for wild solitary bees & pollinators. Designed with specialist conservation guidance, biodiversity will remain central to its care, with any future apiaries thoughtfully positioned elsewhere to protect the orchard ecosystem.

Crystal + Gift Shop
Bramblewitch Hollow will be an independently run crystal and gift shop, offering treasures such as crystals & chimes to jewellery & fairy-inspired gifts — adding a touch of enchantment to the farm. Operating separately, it will support the charity through rental or a percentage of profits, enhancing both the visitor experience and the farm’s wider work.
